This Privacy Policy sets out, in general terms, how Real Plannet, operator of the Sanad platform, collects, uses, and protects personal information supplied by a User. The detailed terms governing the collection and use of personal information, which a User accepts on registration, are set out in full in the Terms and Conditions presented at the point of account creation.
What we collect and why
The Company collects a User's name, email address, phone number, and nationality for the purpose of creating an account, issuing a Certificate of Completion, and processing payment of course fees. The Company collects records of lesson, quiz, and assessment progress for the purpose of tracking and confirming course completion.
Who we share it with
The Company does not sell personal information. Personal information is disclosed only to service providers engaged to operate the Platform, including providers of payment processing, video hosting, and electronic mail services, and where required by applicable law or a lawful direction of a competent authority.
How we protect it
The Company applies reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted transmission and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is entirely secure, and the Company cannot guarantee absolute security.
How long we keep it
Account and progress data are retained for so long as an account remains active, and for a reasonable period thereafter. Certificate records are retained for a longer period, in view of the likelihood that an employer or other third party may seek to verify a certificate after a substantial period of time has elapsed.
Your rights and requesting deletion
A User may request access to, or deletion of, personal information by writing to info@realplannet.com. The Company shall respond within a reasonable period, having regard to the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India), the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), and comparable law applicable in the User's country of residence. The Company may decline or defer a request for deletion where retention is necessary for a legitimate business or legal purpose.
Changes to our policies
The Company may amend this page and its Terms and Conditions from time to time. Where a change is material, the Company shall take reasonable steps to notify existing Users.
