This is a general summary of the terms that govern use of the Sanad platform. The full Terms and Conditions, including data handling, certificate and payment rules, intellectual property, and the governing law clause in full, are presented in detail and must be accepted when an account is created.
Your account
An account is personal to the User and may not be transferred or shared. The User is responsible for the User's login credentials and for all activity conducted through the User's account.
The nature of our courses
Courses offered on the Platform are foundational, knowledge-based, self-paced online courses. No course includes practical, hands-on, or supervised training, and a Certificate of Completion evidences knowledge-based learning only, not a trade qualification, licence, or substitute for an employer's own training.
Certificates and payments
A Certificate of Completion is issued only for a paid, completed course. Certificates and e-receipts must not be altered, forged, or used fraudulently for any purpose, including in dealings with an employer or an immigration authority. Such conduct constitutes a material breach of the Company's Terms and Conditions and may result in termination of the User's account and legal action.
Intellectual property
All content on the Platform, including video, text, images, and quizzes, is owned by or licensed to the Company and protected under applicable copyright and trademark law. Enrolment confers a personal licence to view content for the User's own learning; copying, redistribution, or reproduction is not permitted.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Real Plannet is registered as a Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise under the laws of India, and these Terms are governed by the laws of India as the foundational governing law of the agreement between the Company and the User. The Company reserves the right to bring legal action in the jurisdiction of its choosing, which may include India, the United Arab Emirates, or Nepal.
Changes to our policies
The Company may amend this page and its Terms and Conditions from time to time. Where a change is material, the Company shall take reasonable steps to notify existing Users.
