We collect your name, email, phone number, and nationality to create your account, issue certificates in your name, and process course payments. We collect lesson progress to track your course completion.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and progress data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period after in case you return. Certificate records are kept longer since employers may need to verify them.

Requesting deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, email info@realplannet.com. We aim to respond within a reasonable time, in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law 45/2021).
